Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe following a request will result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is complete.
Each natural person is permitted to hold only one active Account on dirwan88. The operation of multiple Accounts, whether under the same name or different names, is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent suspension and forfeiture of all balances.

Withdrawal requests are processed within a target time of under 5 minutes following approval by our payments team for verified accounts. dirwan88 does not charge transaction fees on withdrawals. Withdrawals may only be made to payment accounts registered in your own name. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50.

Players who make cumulative deposits of RM 500 or more are eligible to join the dirwan88 Loyalty Programme, which offers tiered benefits across Bronze, Silver, and Gold membership levels. Loyalty points have no cash value and may not be transferred between accounts.
Any Player found to be abusing the bonus system — including, but not limited to, opening multiple accounts to claim a single bonus, using VPN to claim geo-restricted offers, or placing low-risk bets designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine gaming risk — will have their Account suspended and all bonus-related winnings forfeited.
All games hosted on dirwan88 are powered by certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) independently verified by accredited testing laboratories. All sports betting odds are determined by our sportsbook team and are subject to change without notice prior to event commencement.
dirwan88 reserves the right to void a bet or game round where: (a) a technical error has materially affected the outcome; (b) the bet was placed on an event that was subsequently cancelled; (c) the game was played using software that was not operating as intended; or (d) there is reasonable evidence of cheating or collusion by any party.
Single-game winnings may be subject to a maximum payout cap, details of which are published in the specific game rules or sportsbook rules applicable to that game or event type. Winnings exceeding the cap will be paid out at the cap amount.
In-play betting on live events — including Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, UFC, and other international sports — is available subject to event-specific rules. dirwan88 accepts no liability for errors caused by data feed delays or interruptions from third-party data providers during live events.

dirwan88 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any Account, with or without notice, where we reasonably believe that:
In the event of termination for cause, dirwan88 reserves the right to withhold the Account balance pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a breach of these Terms, the balance may be forfeited. Where no breach is confirmed, any legitimate real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the Player's verified payment method within 14 business days.
Players who wish to close their Account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting our support team. Real-money balances will be returned to the verified payment method after any outstanding wagering requirements are settled.
dirwan88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time.
